SKolter Urban has topped off construction on Art House St. Petersburg, a 42-story residential tower at 200 Central Avenue in Downtown St. Petersburg. With over 70% of units sold, the project will feature 244 luxury condominiums, including penthouses, with open floor plans and expansive terraces that provide sweeping views across St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay. Coastal Construction serves as the general contractor for the project, which is scheduled for completion in 2025.
